thanks guys for a fantastic stay by the housekeeper of my floor on the 2nd day of my stay. the units are immaculate, impeccable with a breathtaking view of the skyline. the location is great, a coffee shop and bars were near the hotel.

Location near to the underground, opposite the still under construction West Kowloon Cultural District, and Ritz Carlton. Luxurious room, exceptionally comfortable beds and accommodating staff in a jaw dropping manner.

The hotel is conveniently located in the district of Kowloon, close to the train station and the Elements mall with its designer shops and gourmet restaurants. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from check-in to check-out. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, overlooking the city skyline and Victoria Harbour. The facilities, such as the rooftop bar and indoor pool, added to the overall experience of staying at the hotel.
There were some issues with the replacement of a room key, causing a slight inconvenience for a guest.
